At any Frozen Charlotte show we let kids be kids; that might mean making noise or not sitting still all the time. For relaxed performances we also offer the following:

• Open the doors earlier for families who want to come into the space for longer before
  the show starts
• The chance to meet the actors in costume before the show starts
• Increase the space in the audience by selling fewer tickets
• Lower the sound levels
• Keep the lighting more even, reducing big changes in light levels
