Intergenerational Theatre Workshops

Visiting international theatre company Single Shoe Productions in partnership with Generations Working Together will hold a series of intergenerational workshops in Lyth, Glasgow and Inverness.

Participants will come together to enjoy theatre games and take part in lively improvisations that will lead them to create a short theatre piece together.

Workshop participants will present the work created as a curtain warmer before Single Shoe’s performance of A DISAPPEARING ACT, an immersive, magic-filled interactive comedy.

This workshop is designed to bring younger (10-18) and older (60+) participants together to create work. Previous experience is not required, just enthusiasm and the ability to attend most of the workshop dates.

Don’t miss the chance to get involved with an innovative, international company and take part in a playful exploration of theatre creation.

“An amazing experience. Everything I learned about physical theatre and improvisation will help me in the future.” Max 10, workshop participant

“I had a wonderful time. You taught this old dog a few new tricks. I didn’t know I could still learn so much. Thank you.” Roy 65, workshop participant
