Wilson Noble is a Scottish singer/songwriter, guitarist and poet originally from the small fishing town of Fraserburgh in the North-East of Scotland. His carefully curated music offers an eclectic blend of folk inspired songwriting, instrumental acoustic guitar and original Scottish poetry.
Combining original contemporary songs, soundscapes, celtic fingerstyle guitar and poetry, this first visit to Lyth Arts Centre will showcase the art and depth of Wilson’s music, resulting in a rare performance and very special evening. Recent performances have included Celtic Connections, The Moray Arts Centre and XpoNorth.
Along with the evening concert there is an afternoon guitar workshop available with the artist. Guitar Workshop: ‘Explorations with Celtic Fingerstyle Guitar’ 2pm
“Raw emotion straight from the heart can be expected in Wilson’s songs and live performances. His music lets the sun in and lifts the soul. Not to be missed.“ – Liam Ross, fingerstyle guitarist
