The Bodegas Brothers“The Bodega
Alternative Comedy.

Friday, 4th June, 9pm or later, 2 hours including
intervals, age 18+

Rob Castell and Tom Sadler, (two of the Barbershopera team) have
their own alternative cabaret show. Strumming their guitars and
singing their own hilarious songs they provide razor-sharp and risqué
commentaries for the younger generation on topics such as rap and
hoodies. Songs include "MC Stands for Middle Class", "Green Party Get
Sexy" and "The Dinosaurs Were Gay". Rob and Tom are not afraid to use
strong language and to offend good taste blatantly while still being
very funny. This is definitely a gig for a younger audience and likely
to get underway by 10pm although there may be some live music around
before then and later.

"They play acoustic guitars and sing comedy songs. They do this
very well. Their stage banter is laconic, self-deprecating and funny"

The show was excellent, and I would pay to see them, or a similar group, again in the Centre. Please, please do something like this again!
