Join experienced Danish storyteller Svend-Erik Engh and Scots musician Neil Sutcliffe for a workshop exploring the relationship between stories and music. This is a workshop for musicians and storytellers to come together and learn about how to work together to bring stories to life in a beautiful and unique way.

In the first part of the workshop, Neil will work with the musicians and Svend-Erik will work with the storytellers separately. In the second half we’ll all come together to try out what we’ve worked on.

Whether you’re a professional musician or storyteller looking to make connections and develop your performances, or just love telling a story in the pub and think it might be fun to have a banjo play along- this is an open place for us all to have fun and learn a bit more about working across disciplines.

Musicians (and storytellers if they want) should bring instruments.

16 years old+, some experience of music or storytelling advisable
