The Little Toy is a tiny show for 3 to 5 year olds and their parents or carers. The entire story takes place within a suitcase.

This tiny show is the result of collaboration with Karin Chipulina of Carr Gomm’s Craigmillar Community Grows and the children of Castleview Primary School. Karin and Freda worked with the children over a period of time, supporting them to create a performance for parents and children.

The Little Toy is a retelling of that story, however, instead of 2 classes of children performing on stage, the entire story takes place within a suitcase. Themes explored: family, travel, play, loss, very mild peril, moving away, growing food, community.

All attendees require a ticket.
