Underwater Photography and Audio Recording Workshop with Mike Guest and Sinéad Hargan!

Lyth Arts Centre and the Out of the Blue Steering group have been working on a creative research project using film, photography and sound recording to document their interactions with the changeable Caithness coastline and other blue spaces.

They would like to invite you to come along and have a go at underwater photography, filming and sound recording while exploring the benefits of blue spaces on our physical, mental and creative wellbeing. The audio and film collected from this workshop will form part of our Out of the Blue Project final film. Blue spaces are outdoor environments – either natural or humanmade – that prominently feature water and are accessible to people. In short – the collective term for rivers, lakes or the sea.

All equipment inc. wetsuits provided. We will meet at LAC and a minibus will take us to the outdoor location.

Free event but booking essential – For ages 14 – 25
