Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you join in a meditative journey of mindfulness through photography.
Join us for a guided walk, engage your senses, capture moments of raw emotion, and discover the art of being present in the now. What is mindfulness photography? It’s a slow photography, where you engage with your feelings, take your time and enjoy the process of seeing, looking and capturing the moment.
“The camera is an instrument that teaches people how to see without a camera.” – Dorothea Lange.
All you need is your camera or your phone and comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and a bottle of water.
This event is free to attend but booking is required.
Please note: there are two booking options available, see below;

The plan is to do these workshops outdoors, with a backup of inside at LAC if the weather is atrocious. The outdoor session is a mindful photography walk, or in case of bad weather, we opt for an indoor setting and engage in a session focused on still life photography.
