LAC does not use physical tickets. Your booking is held digitally at the box office. You can book through the following methods:

There is no booking fee, whether you book online, over the phone or in person
We accept cash and card (excluding American Express) in the venue and over the phone. You can pay via Paypal online. There is no need to have an account.

The Highland Council Plus One Scheme allows a person with high support needs to apply for a card which will give them greater access to a range of events and education, culture and sports venues.
LAC is a participating venue. When booking, show this card and this will allow an accompanying carer to gain access free. The cardholder will pay the normal rate of entry for themselves.
Buy 10 tickets to the same event and get 10% of the total booking
If you are a Friend of LAC (£20 individual / £30 joint per year) we can refund your ticket or exchange it for another event of the same value.
Otherwise, we are unable to refund or exchange tickets purchased. We can only process a refund if the event has sold out and we can pass your tickets on to somebody on the waiting list.
