Lyth Arts Centre and SCAN are offering two artist bursaries to Caithness and Sutherland based artists to attend the SCANSummit 2025 on Tues 13 May at Eden Court, Inverness. 

LAC will offer two artists a £360 day rate to support attendance / pay for an artist to attend for the day plus registration fee if the artist is not a member of SCAN. Artists should be professional artists working in any medium and based in and working in Caithness or Sutherland.

SCAN will support travel expenses.

Application will be by ballot. Please submit your name, email address and a link to your website / CV / portfolio to the form here

Deadline to apply is Tuesday 22nd April, 10am and the ballot will be drawn shortly after this. All applicants will be contacted that day to let them know if they have been drawn or not.

This is offered as part of LAC Associate Artists Network and supported by the Highland Culture Collective Legacy Fund. We will ask for very brief (50-100 words) feedback on your attendance as well as voluntary completion of a short Equalities Monitoring Form.
